1. Legal Age Requirement
By joining Chainnected, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country. In the Philippines, you must be at least 18 years old to participate in this program.
2. Membership Access
Chainnected is a private members-only platform and is not open to the general public. Access to the platform is limited to registered members and individuals who were personally invited by existing members. Any transaction made on the platform is considered a private agreement between Chainnected and the member.
3. Nature of the Platform
Chainnected is not a bank, financial institution, or securities company, and it is not insured by any government agency. Participation in the program is voluntary and should be treated as a private online earning opportunity.
4. Confidentiality of Information
All information, materials, and communications provided by Chainnected are intended only for members. Members agree to keep such information private and confidential and not to share it publicly without permission.
5. Personal Data Use
All personal information provided by members will be used solely for internal purposes of Chainnected. We value the privacy of our members and will not intentionally share personal data with third parties. However, Chainnected cannot be held responsible for any loss of data due to unforeseen technical issues.
6. Risk Acknowledgement
By participating in Chainnected, you acknowledge that all activities carry risk. Members participate at their own discretion and responsibility. Past performance or earnings shared by members do not guarantee future results. All information provided by Chainnected is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered financial or investment advice.
7. Program Updates
Chainnected reserves the right to modify rules, commissions, and program rates at any time without prior notice in order to maintain the security and integrity of the platform. Members are responsible for reviewing the latest terms and updates.
8. Compliance with Laws
Members agree to use the Chainnected platform only for legal purposes and to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including those applicable in the Philippines.
9. Communication with Support
If you encounter any issues with your transactions or account, please contact the Chainnected support team or administrator first before posting complaints on public platforms. Many issues may be resolved quickly through proper communication.
10. Anti-Spam Policy
Chainnected strictly prohibits spam, unsolicited messaging, or any form of abusive promotion. Members who violate this rule may be permanently removed from the platform.
11. Membership Approval
Chainnected reserves the right to approve or decline any membership application without the obligation to provide a reason.
12. Agreement to Terms
By continuing to use the Chainnected platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these rules and agreements. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with registration or participation.
